1. Who we are

We trade under the names Iuri Castro Milhas and iurimilhas. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to the company above.

By accessing this website you agree to be bound by these terms of service, by all applicable laws and regulations, and you accept that you are responsible for complying with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

3. Use licence

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on this website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a licence, not a transfer of title, and under this licence you may not:

• modify or copy the materials;
• use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
• attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on this website;

4. Your commitments as a user

You agree to make proper use of the content and information offered on this site, and in particular you agree not to:

• distribute propaganda or content of a racist or xenophobic nature, illegal gambling content, any form of illegal pornography, apology for terrorism, or content against human rights;
• cause damage to our physical (hardware) or logical (software) systems, or those of our suppliers or third parties, nor introduce or spread computer viruses or any other system capable of causing such damage;
• share, resell or redistribute access to products purchased from us.

5. Purchases, access and refunds

Purchases are processed by Hotmart, our checkout and payment platform. The purchase is completed in Hotmart's own environment, under their terms and their payment security. We do not receive or store your card details.

Access to the product is granted after the purchase is confirmed, by e-mail, in the members' area described on the offer page.

The refund period stated on the relevant offer page applies to your purchase — for the EMA Assistant product, that is 7 full days from purchase. Refund requests are made through Hotmart, which processes the reimbursement.

Prices are displayed on the offer page and may be converted to your local currency by the payment platform. Where a subscription or a limited access period applies, its duration is stated on the offer page.

6. No guarantee of results

Our products are educational. They teach strategies, tools and methods for using airline miles and loyalty programmes.

We do not guarantee any specific result, saving, availability of seats, fare, or outcome. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your own application of the material, the rules of each airline and loyalty programme, seat availability, and market conditions. Airlines and loyalty programmes change their rules, prices and partnerships at their own discretion and without notice to us.

Any figures, savings or examples shown on our pages are illustrations of what has been achieved in specific cases. They are not a promise or a guarantee that you will achieve the same.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent of any airline, loyalty programme, bank or travel agency mentioned in our materials.

7. Disclaimer

The materials on this website are provided "as is". We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, we do not warrant or make any representation concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on this website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

8. Limitations

In no event shall we or our suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on this website, even if we or an authorised representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, where the company is established. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be submitted to the courts of the district of Barueri, State of São Paulo, Brazil, without prejudice to any right a consumer may have to bring proceedings in their place of domicile where the applicable law grants it.
